We cannot accept cancellation requests by phone or email, and cancellations cannot be submitted in advance. Please only submit this form when you are ready to close your account and any outstanding invoices have been paid. This form must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle.
Account cancellation may occur same day or within 1-5 business days from the time that you submit this form. Services will be turned off when cancellation occurs including services that have already been invoiced.
